In addition to his extensive experience in live entertainment and architectural lighting, Josh served for 10 years as a lighting supervisor at the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, where he mentored and trained the next generation of lighting designers. His background bridges academia and industry, allowing him to infuse each project with both innovation and technical excellence.

Randall Katz is a seasoned production leader with over 20 years in the industry. He owned and operated a full-scale live events production company for five years, providing end-to-end solutions for concerts, festivals, corporate events, and theatrical productions. Prior to founding Lights and Sights, Randy led major crews across the country, delivering seamless lighting and power systems for complex, high-profile shows. His entrepreneurial drive and hands-on experience allow Lights and Sights to operate with both creative vision and logistical precision.
